About Us
As a beachcomber, Carol's love of driftwood and animals came together in an innovative project. In September 1998, she created an environmentally friendly usable product for cats. Using the abundant supply of natural driftwood found in and around Vancouver, meant that Carol would be recycling in an inventive way while meeting her financial needs. This was also a way to create an environmentally friendly way to meet the needs of cat lovers around the world. Natures Driftwood Cat Scratching Trees was born. Of course Carol dosen 't take all of the credit because her beloved felines are the critics and judges of the final product. That's Murfee on the job in a one tier Sling Tree.
In 2002, Carol took on a new partner, Dale, who shares her love of beachcombing and cats. Dale has become the expert on sial rope and has found imaginative ways to use it on the new products he and Carol are constantly working on. Staying current means producing new products. Our newest line has some people products as well as a new line of "Trees". Check out our Wind Chimes and People products sections. Need a new "Tree" ? Meet the "SLING TREE".
